I had a pleasant experience with my appointment in person with Janet Chudacek. She took the time to listen and very attentive to my concerns. She’s very compassionate to what I have been through and offer suggestions and medications that will help me. She recommended for me to see a Mental Therapist Christina Carey but during the Telehealth appointment with her, she informed me that her license is not within the scope of what I was recommended for my issues. I was billed for copay and my insurance is billed but I didn’t get the necessary help from her and she now wants to give me another Mental Therapist recommendation who can actually help me. This is very confusing to me!

Great atmosphere, Janet is a compassionate provider, made me feel relaxed, and is very thorough & knowledgeable in her field. The office staff is also helpful and kind. Overall, I’m 100% happy with Aloha.

Ms Lan is easy to communicate with because of her confident manner. she took control of the connection with direct questions that helped me to express and clarify my depression anxiety and grief. I did also feel in control and afterwards reassessed my answers. I felt heard and I know this because my answers resonated internally with me. My mind return to her questions and I affirm my answers to myself. This is a therapeutic experience that I valued and look forward to her secure communication style.
