Markus Ploesser, MD

Markus Ploesser, MD, is board-certified in general, integrative, and forensic psychiatry. He works with patients at Aloha Integrative Health in San Diego, California. 

Dr. Ploesser is also a diplomate of the American Board of Physician Specialties in integrative medicine. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Columbia University in New York, New York, and his fellowship training in forensic psychiatry at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. 

He is also a graduate of Columbia Law School in the LL.M Program in New York City, New York. He completed additional fellowship training in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson. His areas of expertise include adult ADHD, holistic, and integrative medicine. He is also specializing in forensic psychiatry and evaluations. Dr. Ploesser is interested in integrative medicine and prefers to minimize the need for prescription medications.
